Bilbao – Torino ensure a place in the last 16 of the Europa League after defeating Athletic Bilbao. Through victory in Bilbao’s headquarters, Il Toro carve a history.

“The team played with incredible ambition. Now we’ve made history. Our names will be written in the history books. We were the first Italian team to win at San Mames,” said allenatore Torino Giampiero Ventura in a press conference after the match as preached by the Italian Football.

“We have overcome difficult obstacles and we are happy. Naturally, there is tremendous pride for outstanding performances like that,” he asserted.
